Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final. We are happy to exchange tickets for another performance if there is availability and the patron contacts the box office at least 24 hours prior to the requested exchange. Please note our box office hours, as you may need to leave a message and wait for our box office manager to contact you. 603-707-4615 or info@theatreupnh.org
No tickets may be exchanged on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges may be made by contacting the box office at least 24 hours prior to the show.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Theatre UP).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
